Customer CommentsWe had a party with over fifty guests who ate quite a bit. They also tried to flush items that shouldn't be flushed. The party was Labor Day weekend and it was supposed to be a surprise baby shower. I was surprised and I did get a shower the day after. The toilets backed up, the drains backed up, the pipes leaked into a storage room in the basement, and there was dirty water all over the basement floor. I called Chaz and he came to my house within the hour! I was pregnant and on crutches, and I couldn't use the bathroom! Chaz quickly cleaned all the junk out that our guests so thoughtfully left us. He recommended ways to prevent this from happening again. I didn't have enough money, because I hadn't planned for this to happen. I rolled up quarters and still didn't have enough. Chaz accepted what I had which was close, but not the incredibly low amount he quoted. What a nice guy! A few years later, we had a baby shower for someone else at our home. Guess what? Here we go again! People flush items down the toilet like baby wipes, sanitary napkins and other things that don't belong in the toilet. Can't they find the trash can? Anyway, Chaz to the rescue again. I recommended him to my sister and my friend. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Chaz. Yvette Kuhns, Allentown, PA We moved from our farm in west Allentown to Orefield. We had a problem with the toilet. Chaz came instantly and told us how to maintain our sewer system. We add yeast and white granulated sugar to the sewage tank every other month. He also told us how to maintain the toilet to prevent clogs. No, he didn't tell us to use someone else's toilet. (wink) The previous owners used a dishwasher which could affect the drainage problem. We don't use it, but it must be disconnected and removed. We don't use a garbage disposal, either. Some people dump things in drains that will clog them. Most of our problems are from hair in the bathroom drains. Prevention and maintenance can save money and trouble. But when you need someone to fix your sewer and drain problems, it is a relief to know that Chaz Ritchie will come to the rescue. His phone number is proudly displayed on my refridgerator for everyone's convenience. Thanks again, Chaz! Yvette Kuhns, Orefield, PA < Back to Contact Us page © 2001-2008 Power Pages Web Design.
