I was talking to my friend on the weekend about a problem I had at one of my buildings. I rent apartments and one of my tenants said she needed a plumber. We had a horrible mess. It was the weekend and most plumbers charge more on the weekends, but I needed the work done immediately. My friend recommended Chaz who came to her home on the weekend and gives quick service at reasonable prices. He even guarantees his work. If I would have another problem within a month, he would come back for free! It sounded like a good deal to me.

He came right away, and fixed the problem immediately. What a relief! I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Chaz.
